provide affordable, high quality health care to the citizen of Park
County. Community Health Partners represents a partnership with all
the local health and social serviced agencies, many of which contribute
time and money through their involvement. A federal grant helps with
approximately 60% of Community Health Partners' costs, while patient
revenue, private grants, and donations supply the remainder of the
funds.
